These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you (the player) and milwin. Milwin takes age verification seriously. Where identity or age cannot be satisfactorily verified, milwin reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any balance pending verification. If a player is found to have provided false information during registration, milwin may void all bets placed and confiscate all winnings associated with that account.
Your milwin account is your sole responsibility. You are required to keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Milwin will never ask for your full password via email, SMS or live chat.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account regardless of whether it was initiated by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify milwin support at support@milwin.ws immediately. Milwin cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to secure their login credentials.
You must keep your account information up to date at all times. If your phone number, email address or banking details change, update them in your account settings promptly. Milwin uses your registered contact details for security alerts, withdrawal confirmations and responsible gaming communications — outdated details may cause delays or expose your account to risk.
All milwin accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The currency of your account cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, balances, bets and withdrawals are expressed and settled in PKR. Milwin does not apply any currency conversion fees.
Milwin accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. All deposits must be made from accounts or cards registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as an anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on the receiving institution. Milwin does not charge any withdrawal processing fees.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. A monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from the balance of a dormant account. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log in to your milwin account at least once every 12 months.

All bets are subject to milwin's acceptance. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message is displayed on screen — bets not confirmed by the system are not valid. Milwin reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrectly offered odds due to technical errors or data feed failures.
Match results are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL and Pakistan cricket; FIFA for football etc.). In the event of a postponed, abandoned or voided match, bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned) unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Weather interruptions in cricket follow the DLS method result where applicable.
Live (in-play) betting odds at milwin are updated in real time. Milwin may temporarily suspend live betting during key moments of a match (wickets, runouts, penalty incidents) to allow odds recalculation. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured at the odds at which they were confirmed.
All casino games on the milwin platform — including live casino tables, jackpot slots, Aviator and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, real physical outcomes determined by live dealers. All game software is supplied by licensed third-party providers and independently audited for fairness.
In the event of a technical error, game malfunction or service interruption during a casino game session, milwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Winnings produced during a confirmed malfunction will not be paid. If you experience a technical issue during a game, contact support immediately and do not place additional bets until the issue is resolved.
Individual game titles may carry maximum win limits per round or per session. These limits are displayed within the game interface and apply regardless of the mathematical maximum payout of the game. Winnings in excess of stated limits will be capped at the maximum win figure.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the milwin platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and winnings, permanent account closure and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, milwin may withhold the balance of that account pending investigation. If fraud or other serious misconduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited entirely. Where closure is initiated by milwin for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within five business days.
Players who wish to close their own milwin account may do so by contacting support at support@milwin.ws. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the player.
