Account & Registration

Go to milwin.ws and click the Register button at the top of any page. The registration form has three steps: account details (email, phone, username, password), personal information (name, date of birth, city), and final consent. The whole process takes under two minutes. Your account is active the moment you submit the form. Head to Register to get started.

You need a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number (+92), a username of at least four characters, a secure password (8+ characters), your full name, your date of birth (you must be 18 or older), and your city in Pakistan. Your account currency is automatically set to PKR — Pakistani Rupees. No other documentation is required to register, though identity verification (CNIC) is required before your first withdrawal.

No. Milwin is strictly an 18+ platform. The minimum age to register, deposit and play is 18 years. Age is verified at registration using the date of birth you provide, and confirmed against your CNIC during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, any balance returned, and the case may be referred to relevant authorities if necessary.

No — one account per person, per household, per device. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to get around any restriction is a serious breach of the milwin Terms and Conditions. Detected duplicate accounts will both be closed and any bonus funds forfeited. If you have a problem with your existing account, contact milwin support via live chat rather than creating a new one — we can usually fix the issue faster than starting from scratch.

Log in to your milwin account, go to Account Settings, and look for the "Verify My Account" or KYC section. Upload a clear scan or photo of both sides of your CNIC. Some players are also asked for a recent utility bill or bank statement showing their name and address. Most documents are reviewed within a few hours. Completing verification before your first withdrawal avoids any delays when you want to cash out. Milwin recommends doing it as soon as you make your first deposit.

You can activate SMS 2FA (a code sent to your Pakistani mobile number on every login) or authenticator app 2FA (scan a QR code with Google Authenticator or a similar app). Milwin strongly recommends authenticator app 2FA — it is more secure and works even if your phone has no signal. Once 2FA is active, you will need both your password and the code to log in.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Milwin supports the following PKR payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion, no hidden fees. Easypaisa and JazzCash are the quickest options for deposits, typically crediting your milwin wallet within seconds of confirmation.

The minimum deposit at milwin is Rs 500 across all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and card. There is no maximum deposit limit set by milwin at the platform level, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own daily transaction limits. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your milwin wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed in the app. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. If your deposit has not appeared within the expected time, check that the transaction completed successfully on your end, then contact milwin support with your transaction reference number.

Log in to your milwin account, go to the Cashier or Withdraw section, select your preferred PKR withdrawal method, enter the amount and confirm. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Accounts that have completed KYC (identity verification) typically receive withdrawals within a few hours. Accounts with pending verification may experience delays. The withdrawal method must match your deposit method in most cases — if you deposited via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be processed to your Easypaisa account.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: pending KYC verification (your identity documents have not yet been reviewed), an uncleared bonus wagering requirement (bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn), a withdrawal request submitted outside banking hours for IBFT transfers, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. Log in to your account and check the status of your withdrawal in the Cashier section. If it has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact milwin support with your withdrawal reference number.

Milwin does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, Easypaisa account or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees depending on the type of transfer. The minimum bet at milwin for sports markets — including PSL cricket — is Rs 100. There is no fixed maximum bet for standard markets, though milwin reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits based on activity patterns, as is standard on all licensed betting platforms. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed on each individual market before you place your stake.

If a PSL match is abandoned before the result can be determined (typically before a minimum number of overs is bowled, as defined in milwin's betting rules), all affected bets are voided and stakes are returned to your milwin account balance. If a match is reduced in overs but reaches the minimum threshold, bets are settled on the official result. DLS-adjusted results are used for total runs markets. Yes — milwin offers a cash out feature on selected in-play markets, including many PSL matches. The cash out option appears on your open bets in the "My Bets" section when it is available for that market. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be more or less than your original stake depending on how the match is progressing. Cash out is not always available on every market — it depends on the specific bet type and match conditions.
